Cancellation Policy

Immediate Cancellation

You may cancel your Resolt OnDemand subscription at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings. Cancellation is effective immediately upon confirmation — there is no minimum notice period required.

Final Invoice

Upon cancellation, a final invoice will be generated for all usage accrued from the start of the current billing cycle up to and including the cancellation date. This invoice will be charged to the payment method on file. You remain liable for all outstanding amounts.

Data Retention After Cancellation

Following cancellation, your account data will be retained for 30 days to allow you to export any records you require. After this period, data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Reactivation

If you wish to reactivate your account within the 30-day retention window, please contact support. Reactivation may be subject to the then-current pricing and terms.

No Refunds on Cancellation

Because billing is post-paid and reflects actual usage already consumed, no refunds are issued upon cancellation. Please review our Refund Policy for information on billing error disputes.

How to Cancel

To initiate a cancellation, contact us at support@resolt.com from the email address associated with your account. We will confirm your cancellation and issue your final invoice within 1 business day.
